Lee Channel Services Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England & Wales. We provide a range of commercial, and specialist cleaning services.

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Services Provided

We offer a wide range of cleaning services, including:

  • Commercial and office cleaning
  • School and institutional cleaning
  • Gym and leisure cleaning
  • Hospitality and restaurant cleaning
  • Carpet and floor care
  • After builders cleaning
  • Deep cleaning and disinfection services

All services are delivered based on the details provided at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services where:

  • The site conditions are unsafe, or
  • The property differs significantly from the original booking description

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the client
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

We will always communicate any changes in pricing prior to proceeding with additional work.


4. Booking & Cancellation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or telephone
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in:

  • A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff availability or operational issues.


5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and invoice arrangements

Late payments may:

  • Incur additional charges
  • Result in suspension of future services

All invoices must be settled in full within the agreed terms.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Ensuring the environment is safe for our staff
  • Securing valuables and personal items
  • Informing us of any known hazards in advance

We are not liable for issues arising from:

  • Unsafe environments
  • Lack of access
  • Pre-existing damage

7. Insurance & Liability

Lee Channel Services Ltd is fully insured for public liability.

However:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by factors outside our control

8. Satisfaction & Complaints

We aim to deliver a high standard on every service.

If you are not satisfied:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of service completion

We will:

  • Investigate the issue
  • Respond promptly
  • Work with you to resolve the matter fairly

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most current version will always be available on our website.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
